Usage of Logo

The Lancashire Environmental Fund is grateful for the support of its funders, SITA UK Ltd and Neales Waste Management Ltd and is keen for projects to acknowledge the Fund and its contributors.

Applicants will be expected to publicise their projects and acknowledge the contribution made by the Fund by using the Fund's name and logo and, if possible, the logo of the Landfill Communities Fund.

The Fund has a Press cuttings file so please send us copies of press cuttings and all publicity materials relating to your project on a regular basis.

Newsflash

The next deadline for the receipt of applications is 11th October 2010.

Revised application forms have been added to the quick links section. We have updated the names of the two funding streams. Community Chest is now called Small Grants, Strategic Fund becomes Major Grants. Please note that as well as the titles there have also been changes to some of the qualifying criteria and financial details required.

The Big Lottery Fund has teamed up with the BBC to launch the Community Wildlife Programme. The programme celebrates 2010, the International Year of Biodiversity, by allowing local groups and communities to get more involved with, enhance and protect their local wildlife. Grants of between £300 and £10,000 are being provided for one-year projects.
